Nadja von Saldern

Wellness travel has spent years concentrating on the individual: sleep better, eat better, meditate, detox, reset. Datu now asks the next question: What happens when we take everything we have learned about personal wellbeing and apply it to the people in our lives? Everyday life often leaves little space to look more closely: What do we truly need? Which patterns keep repeating themselves? Where do we long for greater closeness, ease or clarity?

Why Datu offers a distinctive setting for this work

It can be difficult to reflect clearly on our relationships while the body and mind remain caught in the familiar pressures of everyday life. Datu’s individually tailored programme brings together consultations, body treatments, meditation, movement, nutrition and shared experiences. It gives guests the space to slow down, regain perspective and encounter themselves and others with greater openness. This is where the connection between inner wellbeing and our relationships becomes clear. As stress and inner unrest begin to subside, conversations can take a different course, recurring patterns become easier to recognise and decisions can be made with greater awareness

Nadja describes her own experience at Datu: “I was deeply impressed not only by the quality of the programme, but above all by the atmosphere. I have rarely experienced a place where people develop trust so quickly and meaningful conversations arise so naturally.”

During her residence at Datu, Nadja will offer talks and group conversations for all guests. Topics may include:

• communicating and understanding one another

• recognising and expressing our needs within relationships

• balancing family life with personal freedom

• understanding and navigating conflict constructively

Individuals and couples will also be able to book private sessions with Nadja with availability limited to just eight private-session places each week.
