Welcome to Datu.
These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made with Datu Wellness Ltd (“Datu”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By submitting a booking request or making a payment to Datu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.
Booking & Payment
A place on a retreat is confirmed only once Datu has received the required deposit and issued written confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat price is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the opening date of the retreat season, regardless of your specific retreat week, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Health & Wellbeing
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities.
Datu retreats are intended to support wellbeing and personal development. They do not constitute medical treatment and should not replace professional medical advice or care.
Guests should inform Datu of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or dietary requirements before attending.
Programme Changes
While we endeavour to deliver all advertised programmes, practitioners, treatments and activities, circumstances occasionally require adjustments.
Datu reserves the right to make reasonable changes to retreat schedules, practitioners, treatments, activities or venues where necessary.
Travel & Insurance
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, visas and travel insurance.
As deposits and payments become non-refundable, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datu Wellness Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a retreat.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
