Refund & Cancellation Policy

DATU WELLNESS LTD

  1. Guest Cancellations

Due to the advance commitments required to secure venues, accommodation, practitioners and staff, the following cancellation terms apply:

• The initial deposit of 50% of the retreat price is non-refundable.
• The balance payment is due 30 days before the retreat season opens and is also non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Datu.

  1. Date Changes & Transfer of Booking

We understand that plans can change and, if necessary, date changes are possible, if we can accommodate them within the same retreat season. At Datu’s sole discretion, a booking may also be transferred to another participant nominated by the guest, provided sufficient notice is given and all administrative requirements are met.

  1. Retreat Cancellation by Datu

If Datu cancels a retreat, guests will receive a full refund of all monies paid directly to Datu.

Datu shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including flights, visas, accommodation, insurance or other travel expenses.

  1. Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for late arrival, unused services or early departure from a retreat.

  1. Travel Insurance

As deposits and payments are non-refundable, Datu strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
