Tulku Lobsang is a renowned Tibetan Buddhist master, scholar of Tibetan medicine and lineage holder of powerful yogic and meditative practices. Trained from a young age within the monasteries of Tibet and India, his path has been shaped by Dzogchen, Tantric Buddhism and the embodied sciences of breath and energy. His teaching is marked by clarity, humour and an uncommon ability to translate subtle inner practices into experiences that are tangible and transformative.

At Datu, Tulku Lobsang teaches two distinct practices:
Tummo Fire Breathing

This session will begin with a concise introduction to Tummo, an inner heat practice from the Tibetan yogic tradition (popularised in the West by Wim Hoff), before moving into visualisation, breath techniques and movement. When practiced regularly, the Tummo fire blazes through the energetic channels, melting away the subtlest blockages and surging energy throughout the body, awakening inner warmth, vitality and a deep sense of internal stability.

Dzogchen Meditation
In the Dzogchen session, Tulku Lobsang will guide participants into a direct experience of  mind’s natural state. This practice is without techniques and without concepts. The mind is like water. When it is still, it naturally becomes clear. When we leave everything alone, without judgment or reaction and simply perceive what is there, we begin to recognise the nature of mind. In this way, we use our mind to observe our mind. This is how we come to deeply know ourselves.
