I’m Louise a chef and I’m obsessed with food and everything in between.
After many successful years in fashion I realised I was happier cooking for friends than sitting at a desk and I took a huge leap of faith. What came from it is a personal journey I never expected: from lavender fields in Franschoek to the summer coasts of Nice, from the fast lane of Formula 1 to the vast wonder that is Antartica – and of course the Tuscan Country side!
Oh, and my favourite colour is butter!
